Connecting Worlds is an educational proposal which combines classroom activities with collaborative online work among participating students. Over 16,000 students from different countries participate in Connecting Worlds.
The gap between the rich and those living in poverty is rapidly increasing. While almost half of the world’s wealth is owned by just one percent of the population, governments in most countries are fostering policies which broaden the difference: austerity, lack of social rights, tax increase, etc.
Enough is enough! Let’s call on governments to invest in quality universal social rights and in a fair and equitable tax system where those who have more, contribute more to the benefit of the majority.
